(1) The Commission may record the party's statutes, regulations, manifestos and details of officers in electronic media.
(2) When the party submits the details according to rules 3, 5, 7 and 8 to the Commission, it shall also submit an electronic copy of the party's statutes, regulations, manifesto of the party and the details of the central officers and members.
